Do you accept NHS, military or student discount?
Unfortunately we do not accept any of these discounts.
How long does a refund take?
Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to be processed. We aim to process returns/refunds as quickly as possible however during busy periods returns can take a little longer.
Can I exchange my item?
If you wish to exchange your item(s) this will be done at no extra cost. Please select the item(s) that you wish to exchange when creating your RMA. Please note:- We are only able to exchange your item(s) for the same product that was originally purchased only in a different size. If you decide you would like to change your item for a completely different product you will need to send back your item(s) for a refund and re-order online.
How do you contact me regarding out of stock items/queries ?
