Each rug saves over 340 plastic bottles from going into land fill or the ocean. But that is not the only reason why this Weatherbeeta rug is better for the environment. The way Weatherbeeta has made it using far less (over 50% less) energy to produce the fabric than a traditional rug. The Greentec doesn't stop there, it has been packaged in recyclable packaging, that is also made from PCR (post consumer recyclable plastic) which is further reducing the environmental impact.
